Neville's Lawn Care located in Joshua TX, is looking for Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders and Members. Looking to Hire ASP for the 2021 season. 1. Valid Driver's License 2. Clean Driving Record (CREW LEADERS) 3. Must Speak English, and Spanish is a plus 4. Good communication skills needed 5. Must be timely, dependable 6. Must be organized 7. Must have a Presentable Appearance 8. Must have Transportation to and from Work 9. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. 10. Criminal History acceptance is on a case by case basis. No Sex/Burglary/Robbery offenses allowed do to being around homes, women, children etc. 11. Must be able to work efficiently and with a team/crew 12. $30,000 salary, more compensation depending on experience, performance etc. KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS • Crew Leaders should have at least one year experience in supervising crew members, reviewing and following company operating procedures. • Crew Leaders will be responsible for on-site safety procedures and safe operations of all equipment and activities. • Crew Members - no prior experience in lawn maintenance is required, but must be able to fulfill the demands of physical work in all weather types. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: • Good physical shape is needed in order to be able to perform activities in completion of assigned work. • Physical demands will include operating equipment as part of the crew, lifting materials such as fertilizer bags and bags of mulch and loading and unloading other materials, and equipment. • Working conditions will vary based upon time of the year and weather conditions. Most work will be performed outdoors and temperatures will vary from hot in the summer time to cold in the winter. Weather will vary from dry to rainy to dusty.
