Collins Wash N Dry is now hiring! This job is primarily a cleaning job with some customer service. Guaranteed atleast 32hrs/week. We take our facility very seriously, if you don't like to keep things spotless this isn't the job for you.  We strive to deliver greatness to each customer.  We are Arlington's most luxurious laundromat.  This is not a sit-around all day and do nothing job. Our focus is to provide a clean, friendly, and safe environment for our customers.  Employees must be able to work with minimal or no supervision.  Responsibilities (this is not an all inclusive list): 1.  Clean - maintain an extremely clean environment (this is priority #1). Sweep & mop the floors. Empty trash cans before they are full. Clean bathroom daily & stock with supplies as needed. Clean soap box of the machines. Remove lint from dryers. Ensure washing machine doors are open and airing out. 2.  Friendly - create an environment where customers feel welcomed and look forward to being back. Assist customers with any machine related issues (washers/dryers/vending). Open the front door for customers who need assistance and if needed assist with bringing laundry into facility. Give new customers a tour of the facility. Teach customers the proper way to use the machines thus saving them time & money. Inform management of any broken machines and tagging them. 3.  Safe - ensuring safety of everyone in and out of the building. Ensuring proper use of our laundry baskets. No standing water on the floor. Place CAUTION signs where they are needed. Guarding the premises from solicitors and loiters. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed. No washing or drying of customer's clothes are offered, but this may change in the future Compensation is $9/hr No experience necessary.
