Seeking employee with mechanical and operating equipment skills on diverse family farm. Operation includes shield spraying, swathing, combining, trucks, irrigation etc. Must have private pesticide applicator license or willing to obtain within start of employment, farm endorsement or cdl for operating trucks and some experience in maintaining, (fabrication (preferred but not required). Some work includes working with livestock. Must be willing to do physical work, cleaning up equipment, show up on time and good communication skills. Willing to work longer hours during the planting and harvest season if needed. Winter work involves preventative maintenance, repair and fabrication on many types of equipment from trucks, harvesters, heavy equipment, irrigation etc. Wages to be determined based on experience.
