Drug Screening Not Required & Second Chance Employer Apply at All Star Labor is looking for several well-rounded employees who can accomplish different tasks on different days. The positions we have available are strictly for Grave Shift (10:30pm-6:30am) but you will either train on Day Shift (6am-2:30pm) or Swing Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) until you are full trained. Job consists of but not limited to working on the soil machine bagging and sealing bags of potting soil, lifting bags of dirt above 50+, stacking bags of potting soil on pallets, feeding the worms, flipping wooden trays with dirt in them, shoveling, sweeping, cleaning etc.. On non-production days tasks can consist of extensive cleaning, keeping warehouse clean, shoveling up excess dirt, cleaning under machines, etc. Work boots are required (does not necessarily have to be steel toe boots). Forklift experience a plus. Warehouse work experience a plus. This is a manual labor job that is very dirty and dusty. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • PUNCTUALITY - YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW UP ON TIME FOR YOUR SHIFT • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI TASK AND COMPELTE DUTIES THROUGH TO COMPLETION WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO STAND ON YOUR FEET FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME • LIFT & CARRY UP TO 70 POUNDS MANDATORY OVERTIME This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects. • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction. • Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction. • High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment.
