This is a really nice, private set up with lots of gear in house including sound system, drums and more.... some bands fell apart during this unfortunate time and this has made available some set days for other bands to get the space. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel professional, comfortable and wanting to practice in a great place and location.....this could be it.
