Now Hiring General Laborer!! Aspen Square Management is a national property management company with a portfolio of over 70 apartment communities around the U.S. We are currently hiring a General Laborer at Rowan Park in Little Rock, AR. Responsibilities Include: • Clean up of construction work completed on property • Demolition of items to be replaced in the apartments • Grounds maintenance • Assist carpenters with apartment and community renovation work • Digging holes • Assisting with projects as assigned • Must be motivated & hardworking • Pressure washing experience preferred Applicants must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
