Mechanical Millwright required for Machine Disassembly & Rigging Scope of Work: Disassembly of Printing Machine Pay : $48 / hr Uninstall machine cover panels Secure machine cover panels, doors and slides on pallets for shipping Unhook air drying system including ducts, motors, fans and other peripheral equipment Secure air drying system for shipping Carefully label components and document for help with installation Carefully unhook motors and sensors after labelling and documenting Recoil motor wires and secure with zip tie for shipping Unhook ink pumps. Secure pump tanks on skids and prepare for shipping Remove machine components up to 32 ft long and 10,000 lbs heavy Secure machine components by bolting on 6 x 6 wooden blocks and placing them on flat bed/ dry van trucks Prepare pallets and secure equipment to pallets with metal banding Requirements : Have a valid Millwright license Must have a forklift license Must have 5 years of rigging experience Must have 5 year of machine moving experience Must have knowledge of rigging equipment and tools
