Scope of Work: Uninstall wiring from an existing machine. Label the wires and devices for reconnection. Pay $35/ hr Work with Project manager to understand pneumatic requirements of the project · Assist with removing wire duct panels and machine panels to get access to wiring of the machine · Carefully Label Wires attached to devices such as motors, sensors, switches, temperature controllers, heaters, chillers,pumps, fans, inspection camera’s and etc · Carefully Undo Servo motor and Stepper motor connections after labelling · Undo wire dressing back to the control cabinet · Re-coil and zip tie wires so they can be secured under the control panel for shipping · Carefully secure electrical devices such as Corona Treatment module, UV ink module, inspection camera’s, Machine user interface for shipping · Unhook hot air drying fans, motors and ducting · Secure drying components on skids for shipping · Secure control cabinet and wires on pallet for shipping · Secure any transformers or any loose placed devices inside the control panel for shipping · Prepare and provide accurate documentation for reconnection of wires upon assembly · Assist with crating of components and devices and machine panels · Clean and Organize the work area Skills & Experience Required: · Electrical knowledge of · Must be Flexible, Easy Going and Hard Working · Must have good hands on knowledge of hand tools · Must be a self starter and good communication skills. · Trade School/ College Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Discipline is beneficial.
