If you are looking to start a career in Commercial Maintenance, apply today. Interact with our tenants daily, while maintaining the exterior and interior of our properties in a first-class manner. Employees are eligible for our full benefit package.  Create working relationships with our tenants to make sure their needs are met and their spaces are properly maintained. Inspect properties to ensure that building systems are running properly and diagnose issues for repair as needed. Complete assigned work orders when assigned in an accurate and timely manner. Communicate daily with Supervisor regarding scheduling, projects and work orders being completed. Work with our purchasing staff to fulfill inventory needs for items we replace regularly. Work with our leasing team to regularly walk and maintain vacant spaces. Open and close spaces as needed for showings with prospective clients. Meet with vendors to allow access to properties and assist with completing maintenance projects as required. Some basic grounds maintenance such as weeding, planting, mulching, trash and debris pickup, light snow removal, sweeping of entry ways will be required. Be available for on-call and afterhours work as needed.
