One week paid time off after 90 days. Radon specific training will be provided. Previous experience in construction, cable installation, general labor and/or carpentry is recommended to apply for this position, but we are willing to train the right candidate. A high school diploma/GED is required. Candidates should have general construction knowledge, including the use of power tools (drills, roto-hammers, pipe cutting and gluing). Work occurs both indoors and outdoors (in all weather), in crawlspaces, and on extension ladders (up to 40 feet). Involves moderate lifting, and installing of roof flashings.Those looking to advance must demonstrate motivation, positive attitude, good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Candidates should have references, and be willing to undergo a background check and basic drug test. Current driver's license and a good driving record are prerequisites.
