Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Everett, WA is seeking a full-time, experienced Service Advisor to join our team immediately. We are a busy shop with lots of opportunity for advancement. The preferred candidate must possess great communication skills and display an enthusiastic and energetic work ethic. If you can provide a high level of customer service and exhibit a hard-working attitude, you would be a great addition to our team! This job requires that you have at least two years of prior experience as a service advisor. Experience working for Chrysler is preferred, but not necessary. Qualifications include: • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • The ability to lift 20-80 lbs. • Willingness to perform a drug test prior to hire. Duties include greeting customers, answering multi-line phones, assisting customers, and writing repair orders.
