compensation: $15.00/hour employment type: part time: 32 hrs/wk: Thurs & Fri: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Milton site Sat & Sun: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Federal Way site **This position cannot be split up. The janitor must be able to complete work all four days across both sites** This position cleans offices, bathrooms, living quarters, dining areas among others and performs various janitorial functions as assigned at two identical behavioral health centers in Milton and Federal Way respectively. Must be willing to work the above hours and be comfortable working around clients and staff while on site. JANITORIAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Duties include (but are not limited to) - Vacuuming all carpeted areas - Dry and Wet mopping - Restroom/shower cleaning - Dusting - Restocking supplies - Ordering of supplies -Common area/bedroom spaces detailing, vacuuming, and trashes - Window cleaning -Trash removal and sanitation JANITORIAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Must be able to pass background check and drug test - Must be able to work independently or on a team - Must have reliable transportation - Must have the ability to lift up to 35 lbs - Must be able to follow direction both verbally and written. - Have strong decision-making ability - Must be flexible - Must be able to consistently complete high-quality work product.
