Looking for a small breed dog!

Hi, I have a completely fenced in (privacy fence) yard. Over half an acre and a decent sized house. I’m looking for a dog that won’t get too big, maybe 15 pounds at the most. I’d LOVE a dachshund. If not dachshund, something with long fur. No boys. I have a female chihuahua, she’s fixed but I’d rather not have any boys. She gets along great with other dogs, cats, and kids. So no problem there. I would rather her be potty trained or mostly potty trained. A few accidents are fine, but nothing crazy please! Please nobody flag my post again. I did not post anything wrong. My current dog is completely spoiled. She had to have surgery recently costing $3,000 and I gladly paid out of pocket. She’s UTD on shots, stays on heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention. Eats diamond brand dog food mixed with raw diet as a treat. I do NOT skimp when it comes to her care. Nor would I for the new one. :) I do not want to pay an outrageous fee though! I put my money into the dogs care so if she has had vet care OR a simple rehoming fee I’d gladly reimburse! :)
