Established General Contractor seeking Finish Carpenter for residential remodels DUTIES: - Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans as well as rough framing - Install cabinets and fixtures, including molding and windows - Interior door installation, setting jambs and pocket frames, installing exterior doors, conventionally hanging doors - Install baseboards, crown molding - Cutting and installing casing - Light drywall MUST HAVES: - 5-10 years experience doing finish and rough carpentry work for home remodels and new home builds (between apprentice and journeyman) - Excellent attention to detail - Experience with high - end remodel - Ability to read blueprints - Successfully complete all jobs by the time requested - All their own hand tools JOB DETAILS: - Rate : $38 p/h paid weekly - M-F work week from 8 AM - 5 PM - This is a long term position - Mileage expenses covered References & background checks will be required.
