Hello I am in need of welder/fabricator to come on with me as I have lots of work to offer. I weld and fabricate my self but don’t have a steady helper. I work full time and have my small welding business on the side so things get pretty busy for me as I’m trying to do both, eventually looking to launch out on my own full time. For someone who has their own space to weld and fabricate. Home/shop is fine. This position I’m looking to fill will be someone that has the skills to fabricate weld and install his own work if needed. Quality is key for me. Need some one that can produce quality work. You will be paid per job. I tell you what job I got and we negotiate what you will charge. I’m straight forward, know what is a reasonable price and I will always pay you top dollar for jobs. These are jobs that I might get started on and then you take over OR you might get started and I jump in to help finish. Type of work I do is handrails, guardrails, gates and once in a while we do some wood fencing. I specialize more in modern design work. Once in a while we do an ornamental job but it’s not too often. Modern metal design and modern wood fencing is our main scope of work. Usually all fabricated then sent to powder coat. And every so often I get a stainless steel job, someone that can do stainless work would help too. This position is not full time but if everything works out then we can eventually get plenty more work. I have lots of clients that I work with who always have work for me. Contractors and referred clients.
