We are a fast growing construction company that is in need of a driver/assistant. This job is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow in an organization, as our parent company has many different divisions (construction, custom-homes, restaurants, property management, real estate investment and many others). This job involves a lot of driving all over Los Angeles to complete a variety of tasks. You will be responsible for delivering and picking up items from various construction sites and city offices, a multitude of different errands, and taking basic photographs of our construction sites.  It's basically an all-purpose position doing exactly what we need done, and there also some administrative paperwork duties you will be responsible for in the office. Primary Job Requirements Include: - Must have a working vehicle in good condition and proof of auto insurance. - Must have a clean record with no criminal background. - Must always be on time, as in our business, time is of the essence. - Must be able to present a professional appearance. - Must be able to take basic photographs. You will be supplied with a camera. - Must be relatively computer savvy, as you will have to promptly upload all photographs to our Google Drive and other online services. - Must love to drive, as you will be in your car a lot. - Important: Must have a very friendly, motivated attitude.
