Boutte Tree Inc. is looking for experienced tree workers! We are hiring crew leaders and climbers. Previous experience in the tree industry is a must. For those who are hard-working, dedicated, 100% drug-free all of the time (we do fool proof drug testing before any job offer), and community-minded, we offer the following: -Experienced tree workers earn from $18 to $33/hour, depending on experience level -Excellent Health Benefit with Kaiser -Retirement benefit (401k) (We match as high as the law allows) -Safety Bonus (up to $1500.00 at Christmas time) -Additional Bonus (up to $1200.00 for workers who don't cause damage) -GREAT work environment -Modern equipment (Cranes, Grapple Truck, Bucket, large chippers, plenty of tractors) -Training, Safety, and a company that cares about each and every worker! -We don't 1099; all labor laws followed.
