Role and Responsibilities As a Desktop Coordinator you will be working directly with end users from a fortune 500 company. In this role you will be required to handle high volume ticket processing and customer service in a positive and constructive Team to accomplish projects and deadlines. There is a good amount of data entry This position is the face of our project and will be working directly with end users and other project managers to resolve complicated issues with a positive attitude. 1. Level a. Onboarding Requests b. Work with Managers to help coordinate new user hardware 2. Level a. Approve Software b. Format Expense tickets to be ordered c. Format Capital tickets to be ordered 3. Level a. Communicate and Approve hardware to be purchased by Expense b. Communicate and Approve hardware to be purchased by Capital c. Resolve email requested issues and updates d. Audit Equipment Returns e. Coordinate Equipment Return shipments Skill Requirements • Minimum High School Education • Customer Service • Attention to Detail • Previous experience working on a team accomplishing projects and goals • Experience with computers, operating systems, and troubleshooting • Able to be punctual • Great communication skills both written and verbal Standout Skills and Certificates • MS Office Suite: Excel & Outlook • Service Now knowledge • HP Asset Manager knowledge • HP Certified, any CompTIA Certification Additional Notes At Sayers you will benefit from a great culture, positive leadership, and IT experience.
