A locally owned and operated Denver Commercial Construction and Building Maintenance Company seeks a General Construction Employee. The ideal candidate would have complete knowledge and understanding of methods associated with the renovation of commercial buildings. SKILLS REQUIRED: • 5+ years of Commercial Carpentry, Service and Installation • 5+ years of general construction experience, including finish carpentry • Understand the dynamics of a Commercial Building's plumbing: electrical and HVAC systems • Determine the appropriate materials and supplies necessary for each step of the job and generate accurate lists of everything that is required • Ensure on-site Subcontractors are performing within scope of work • Physical ability to climb on roofs, into confined spaces and carry 50 -75 lbs. • Ability to work independently • Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job • Must have own tools • Professional appearance/demeanor and positive attitude • Clean driving record/background check and drug free • Provide exceptional customer service Respond via email or fax: 303-934-6430 Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Location: I25 and 6th Ave. – Warehouse Quad Must have Valid Drivers License Drug Free Environment – Drug Testing Background Check Will Be Processed Paid Holidays after 90 Days Insurance Benefits after 60 Days 2 Weeks Paid Vacation after 1 Year
