Business growth has our successful family owned window covering/blind/shade//shutter business seeking a full time professional team member. Qualified candidates must submit a resume for further consideration including references. Selected candidate will be subject to a mandatory background check. Position requirements: *Supervise recruiting, hiring and training and daily activity for current part time and seasonal installation staff. *Strict adherence to business protocols and processes. *Collaboratively work in coordination with the sales, operations and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client experience. *Computer and Microsoft Office literacy. *Comply with management communications and reporting needs. *Preferred candidates have experience installing interior window coverings in strict adherence to industry standards. Basic hand tool use and ability to measure accurately. *Strong work ethic, neat appearance, reliable and positive disposition. *Exceptional communication and customer service skills with an emphasis on professional, ethical and courteousness. *Other duties as assigned. General requirements: *Ability to climb a 12 foot ladder and lift up to 50 pounds. *Valid drivers license and excellent driving record.
