Handyman / Maintenance needed for mobile home park

Description

We're a small mobile home park that needs to hire a handyman / maintenance person to help with rehabbing homes, tearing down homes, and working on tenant issues. You must have reliable transportation and your own tools. Experience with mobile homes is a plus, but not necessary. We can do W2 or 1099, your preference. If W2, pay is hourly. If 1099, we can do either hourly or pay by the job.
