We are hiring immediately a highly motivated and qualified Project Manager the successful candidate for this opportunity will have an uncompromising dedication to customer service, quality control, and safety. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Job Responsibilities: • Oversee projects from beginning to end • Obtain all required paperwork to be turned in on signed jobs (change orders, etc.) • Responsible for all paperwork to be turned into administrative staff in a timely manner • Assure that all purchases on jobs are turned into office in a timely manner • Maintain all required job updates and information in our CRM (ACCULYNX) • Manage costs in order to meet budget • Maintain a clear line of communication with the superintendents and coordinate direct construction subcontractors • Provide clear communication and expectations to customers regarding project status • Negotiate contracts with external vendors when necessary to reach profitable agreements • Supervise the work of laborers and give them guidance when needed • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory • Review the work progress on daily basis • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues • Evaluate risks • Other duties assigned by management Requirements: • Proven experience as project manager in Roofing field • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards • Good knowledge of MS Office • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills • A team player with leadership abilities • Excellent knowledge of construction/roofing materials and equipment • Highly organized • Strong time management ability • Ability to multitask Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,000 yr
