Lost Dog -- Elderly Papillion

Our little Papillion let herself out of the dog door in the early morning hours on 1/7. We noticed missing from home around 7-7:30am. She is an older dog around 15yo. She has a blue collar with two dog tags -- one with her name, Sydney, and one indicating she has a microchip. Phone number on dog tag may be an old land line no longer in use. Mostly white coat with brown ears. She has hair loss due to age and medical condition. She also has poor vision and poor hearing. She's has a sweet disposition. If found, please respond to this post or take her to any veterinarian or Maui Humane Society.
