Rescued Pit bull mix Apollo needs foster home!

A local 501c3 rescue seeks a foster home for rescued dog Apollo, who comes from a high-kill shelter in Lexington, SC. The rescue will cover all Apollo's expenses while in foster care and will provide a crate, dog food, collar, leash and anything he may need. The foster will determine the length of his stay, when he arrives and when he leaves. He is five years old, 54 pounds, fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. He is good with other dogs but we recommend medium to large size dogs as his best cohorts. Reportedly very laid back, he is housebroken and crate trained and is very affectionate by nature. All in all, a very good dog and they were begging to save his life. Long term, he will need a fenced in yard for his forever home but he would be fine going for walks while in foster care.
