Description

Boxed pasta has nothing on the taste and texture of noodles made from scratch. Learn how to make homemade pasta in the comfort of your neighborhood brewery. Chef Michael will teach you how to mix, cut, and cook perfect fettuccine noodles followed by a demonstration on how to make beef bolognese. Classes will be held in the brewery so that as many social distancing requirements as possible can be met. Facemask will be required to attend the class and can be removed once the meal has begun.
