Small but up-and-coming beauty startup is seeking a Shipping/ Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our fun and energetic team in New York City. This position will report directly to the Skin Care Director and will work closely with the Customer Service Team. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Fulfilling all e-commerce orders in a an timely and efficient manner Processing and shipping all in person and phone orders Generating shipping labels and commercial invoices for domestic and international shipments Ordering, organizing, and tracking inventory of all required shipping components and supplies Unpacking, managing, and storing all product inventory and alerting production and sales teams to any discrepancies Tracking product inventory and communicating production needs in a timely manner Working in an efficient manner to ensure all daily orders are thoughtfully and effectively shipped by end of business day Fulfilling and processing wholesale orders Managing accounts and relationships with USPS, FedEx, and DHL QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to work in person at the NYC office Start date: Immediately Must be extremely organized and detail oriented Must be able to work on a tight deadline and be a multitasker Must have stellar communication skills Basic understanding of shipping platforms (willingness to learn if unknown) Comfortable working collaboratively by both taking directions and initiative Please send all resumes to [email protected], please include (2) of references.
