There's snow in the upcoming forecast, let's have a sledding contest and play other fun winter games!!! Come play in the snow with Recess Cleveland, Trust for Public Land, Famicos Foundation, and University Circle Incorporated for a free fun-filled day of play in the snow. Our Human Bowling Competition will start promptly at 2pm, in the meantime have fun in the snow while sledding, human bowling, learning snowball dodgeball, snowball bowling, joust, giant jenga, giant connect four, and more! What to expect? University Circle Inc will be there to distribute our new Rockefeller Park Field Guide which highlights attractions, history, and fun facts about Rockefeller Park. Recess Cleveland is a local nonprofit that builds healthy, active, and social communities using recess and organized sports. Recess is a great way to make new friends, and stay active! There will be people from all over the city, and it's a great way to get to know your community. Best of all, it's a free event! But what about COVID... Recess Cleveland has spent the past year researching and practicing ways to get out a play safely during a pandemic. We've also partnered up with Neighbor Up and we will distribute FREE MASKS and warm drinks during the event. We will enforce all outdoor Social Distancing measures at the event.
