Campbell's Resort Chef's Table Series 2021 Our monthly Chef’s Table is a unique and curated dining experience where we view each attendee as a “personal guest of the Chef.” Each unique dinner reflects a hyper-seasonal and hyper-local menu. We work closely with our local purveyors to get the highest quality products that showcase our seasons and the flavors of Chelan; reflecting our beautiful region on your plate. Each month we will feature at least one coursed tasting menu by Campbell’s new Executive Chef Jayson Thompson, as well as a beverage pairing for each course. Campbell’s Resort is your home for a night out on Lake Chelan. *All Chef Table prices include tax and gratuity. Sometimes we include beverage pairings in the price, and sometimes we let you choose if you’d like to add them.
