Hi - we are looking for childcare in our home, possibly live-in. Our daughter is 3 years old. Hours would be 8 or 9 am until 5 or 5:30 Monday through Friday with some Saturday hours when dad needs to mow the lawn in summer or other similar activities. Expectation would be no childcare on Sundays. Mom does work weekends, but may have Tuesdays off which would lessen childcare expectations on Tuesdays. We want someone who loves children and will play with our daughter, read to her and teach her games and songs. Take her for walks to the nearby park in summer. Encourage her to be respectful, kind and patient. Guide her to creative activities and not TV or iPad. We are flexible on language. Mom speaks fluent Vietnamese and would love someone who speaks but not mandatory. Dad speaks limited Spanish. Pay would be in addition to room and board (meals, snacks, all living amenities) for a nanny looking to live in house.
