46 North Landscape & Design is seeking foremen and laborers for the upcoming landscape season. We are taking applications for landscape installation and maintenance positions. Our company is committed to a fun, professional environment and producing high quality landscapes with attention to detail. Our typical season starts early April and ends early to mid November. Our typical work weeks are (4) 10 hour days (Monday through Thursday) weather dependent. We are based out of the Big Sky area and do require employees to commute when projects are located in Big Sky. We work a lot in Bozeman as well! Landscape foreman position – A minimum of 3 years’ experience and proficient/efficient operation of required machinery. As well as knowledge of landscape installation practices. Pay is $22/hr.+ depending on experience. Landscape/maintenance laborer position – Experience is preferred but not required, we are happy to train. Pay is $17-$20/hr. depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, Simple IRA, and reimbursement for driving/carpooling. We also offer an end of season bonus for employees that complete the entire season. Applicants must have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation and must be able to lift 50lbs minimum.
