Need to demo an old furnace, remove debris and prep basement.
Need to demo a one side of living room wall/pull down ceiling/remove debris and remove a stove, cabinets and frig from a second floor area.
You will need 2-3 guys, sawzaws, a truck/trailer to haul, tools to take down the furnace and ladder.
Want to do this immediately.
