Rosewood Park Apartments is seeking a hardworking, reliable groundskeeper. *This Is a Full-Time position! Job Requirements but not limited to: Picks up litter daily Sweeps breezeways Cleans areas around dumpsters Trashes out vacant apts Cleans mailrooms, pool areas, laundry rooms, and other common areas Assists service personnel as needed Puts out fliers Picks up dog feces Heavy lifting required ***Other duties as assigned Ideal Candidates must be able to take direction but work independently. Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English Possess a valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle. Possess a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
