Sloopy da Clown has been entertaining hundreds of people since 2007 in South Carolina and Tennessee. He has now moved to Central Ohio, serving the entire state. Sloopy has performed at all types of events, including: festivals and fairs, churches, schools, libraries, scouting events, school programs, birthdays, and many more.
