Looking for Residential Landscaping for Spring

Last year we received several treatments of seed and fertilizer but due to the low rain our yard still suffered. We are now looking for quotes from a residential landscaping service to help us recoup our grass for spring '21. We also are interested in mulch and areas of our yard that need "leveled." Please provide your labor rates, scale of service, and estimate availability.
