Walk the historic grounds of the Whitehurst House circa 1792. See James H. Whitehurst's grave and stroll the trails of the adjacent West Neck Natural Area. Our guide will tell a brief history of the Whitehurst family who built their house here in 1793. The walk will be a flat 4-5 mile route with plenty of options. There is an aptly named "Muddy Trail" so waterproof footwear is best.
