Adore, a Chicago-based flower subscription company is looking for a PART-TIME FLOWER PROCESSOR. PLUS, other duties, as needed. Workdays and Hours: Thursday-Saturday. The length of each work day will vary and will be explained during your interview. This job could develop into a Full-time opportunity. Pay:Base Pay + Bonus based on performance Email your resume to: [email protected] with subject line - "Adore Flower Processor - Your Name - Earliest Start Date" WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING • Picking up flowers from airport or other warehouse on weekly basis • Preparing flowers to be ready for making products, including unpacking flowers from boxes, cutting and cleaning stems, prepare clean water buckets for flowers • Preparing supplies for packaging • Making products ready for delivery to customers • Accurately clean, count, and label flower fresh packs in a fast paced, high volume environment • Responsible for maintaining organization of all product in process, pre-package, and post-package • Cleans and maintains equipment (as necessary) • All other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required) • US work authorization (Required) • Ability to focus and be task oriented • Fresh Flower knowledge and General Floral knowledge is a plus. • Can demonstrate hand dexterity with small pieces and products • Chinese speaking is a Plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Requires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per day, and requires consistent hand eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity. • Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously.
