We are a small, friendly dressage barn just outside of Ann Arbor. We offer competitive pay. We are looking for someone for two evenings a week (Monday and either Saturday or Sunday) from 5-6:30 (approximately) as well as Thursday morning from 8:00-1:30 (approx.). You should be experienced with and love horses. You must also be reliable and have reliable transportation. The evening work includes leading horses in from paddocks, feeding, checking/filling waters, mixing feeds for the next morning and sweeping the barns. There may also be other chores occasionally, such as filling water troughs. Morning work includes feeding horses, leading them to their turnout area and giving them hay as needed. The morning shift includes, mixing feeds, cleaning stalls, sweeping barns and other chores as needed. There will be opportunities to fill in on other evenings and mornings as well as more permanent times as slots become available. Please attach references and send an email to Ellen if interested.
