This is a completely ON THE BOOKS job. Cash will never be offered and you will be put on payroll. If you are not fine with tax deductions, this is not the job for you. On a daily basis we do mowing, weed whacking, trimming, lay rocks and mulch, etc. Experience in lawn service or similar work is preferred, but as long as you are able to learn, you’ll be a great crew member! WE PAY WEEKLY! Wages start at $14/hr. Wages go up based on the skills you develop, your work ethic, and your previous experience. We also pay the toll to get to Sanibel. We work 9 hour days Monday through Saturday, ~54 hrs/wk REQUIREMENTS: SSN or ITIN & I-766/Employment Authorization Document Conversational fluency/ability to follow directions in English Use equipment with care (my mower is not your go kart) Strong work ethic Attention to detail Take proper safety precautions Ability to carry 50+ lb while climbing a ladder Reliable transportation to get to and from work Be able to pass a background check No smoking or dipping on the job
