Production Associate - Hiring Immediately Hourly Rate of $13.00 – 15.00, paid bi-weekly. The supervisor will review your work performance after a 90-day orientation period. 1. You will receive formal written feedback and evaluation at 90 days of employment. If you meet all attendance and employment standards expected of your position, then your rate of pay could change. 2. Increases in pay thereafter are earned by the skills you learn and demonstrate competence in, not by the amount of time you have worked here. Benefits: 3 days (24 hours) paid vacation, available after 6 months employment, 1 week (40 hours) paid vacation after completing 1 year of employment, renewable on each year’s anniversary of employment. Major holidays paid; including New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Performance Requirements: 1. Sand and prepare shutters for finishing and learn how to paint shutters, while meeting performance and quality standards. 2. Cut, sand, machine and assemble shutters, meeting performance and quality standards as needed. 3. Learn to fabricate specialty shape shutters as needed, when directed. Meeting performance and quality standards. 4. Assist with installation of shutters, blinds, and shades as requested. 5. Assist with Closet installations, as directed. 6.
