An event of perfect pairings of food and drink, hosted by 100 Main Spirits & Eatery, featuring master mixologists, chefs and servers. Mark Brockway, Chef Michael Spence, Bryant Pearson and Ryan Dixon Richardson invite you to embark on a culinary journey, guaranteed to be an experience you won't soon forget. Course 1. Beef Carpaccio and Arugala and Hazelnut Marjoram Pesto. Served with a Mandarin-Fig Old Fashioned, made with Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, Mandarin Fig Syrup and Peychaud's Bitters. Course 2. Spring Mix, Crispy Parmesan Chips, Cherry Tomatoes and Pickled Shallot Dijon Vinaigrette. Served with Cassis-Peach Bellini, Giffard Cassis Noir, Peach Nectar topped with Prosecco. Course 3. Walnut Thyme Crusted Salmon with Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Potato Hash and Chardonnay Gastrique. Served with Apricot-Honey Sidecar. Heaven's Door American Whiskey, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, Apricot Nectar, Local Honey Syrup and Fresh Lemon Juice. Course 4. Raspberry Rosewater Cheesecake. Served with Sgroppino Rosa. Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka, Fresh Lime Juice, Rainbow Sherbet served Martini Style and topped with Banfi Brachetto Rosa Regale.
