Mustang Plumbing inc. Residential Construction Plumbing & Service Open position: FIELD SUPERINDENT/FIELD SUPERVISOR Mustang Plumbing is a 21 year old plumbing business located in Round Rock. We specialize in residential new construction plumbing. Mustang Plumbing is a growing company that is seeking motivated individuals to grow with us. Requirements: • Must have plumbing experience • 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PLUMBING ROUGHS / UNDERGROUNDS / TOP-OUTS • Able to pass a drug test • Legally eligible to work in the US • High school diploma • Current valid driver’s license • Proficient in the English language • Line out all field crews based off project needs (rough, topout, s&w, gas crews) • Attend daily briefings in the morning • Establish relationships with homebuilder construction managers in determining needs for work done on a house in regard to plumbing items • Read, understand, and analyze blueprints, and job control specifications • Work with fellow employees and homebuilders with a respectful and tolerant attitude Typical duties include but are not limited to: • Managing employees/field crews each day for your region • Write punch lists on work performed by field crews • Work necessary hours to hit mandatory deadlines • Communicate with Project Coordinators and General Manager regularly • Attend onsite meetings • Ensure crews install the highest quality product Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401K • Profit Sharing
