Job Description: TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently seeking experienced Solar laborers/Installers for positions starting ASAP. We are looking for individuals to complete advanced labor tasks such as mechanical assembly of racking systems using a screw gun and other basic hand tools and carrying and placing solar panels on the racking system. Employees will also be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving solar panels as directed, and other miscellaneous general labor tasks as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications: Must have experience in solar installation, construction, demolition, masonry, etc Must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure Must be able to use wrenches and hand tools Must be able to carry racking, pipes, and solar panels Must be able to work in a dirty, hot outdoor environment Must be able to clean and maintain equipment Must have full range of mobility in upper and lower body Must have ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday Must have attention to detail MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST You must have (or be able to obtain) the following PPE: Steel toed work boots OSHA 10 Safety vest Safety Glasses Gloves Hours, Location, Duration: 40 hour weeks Manor, Texas 2-3 months of work Pay Rate: $18/per hour If you think that you would be a good fit for this position, please send an updated resume or contact us at 720-974-9752
