Position Objectives: The Village of McFarland, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is looking for energetic individuals to assist the Parks & Public Works Department with summer parks maintenance and mowing duties, string trimming, general grounds and building care, daily cleaning of restrooms, painting, cleaning etc. This is a seasonal position that might require working up to 40 hours per week with a maximum of up to 960 hours. Weekend hours available. Starting wage range is $15.29/hr.-$17.57/hr. This position will start during April 2021 and end around November 2021, or sooner. Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years or older to operate power equipment. Must pass a background check and drug and alcohol testing. Desirable Training and Experience: Experience with commercial mower operation, power tools and janitorial services is desired.
