Position Summary/Objective: Carry-out warehouse and logistics activities for juice based products in a fashion that complies with Food Safety requirements and meets / exceeds customer expectations Essential Functions, Job Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Perform work functions that are in compliance to Food Safety requirements including company SQF standards. 2. Receive juice products and other supplies including packaging materials 3. Process orders via company MRP system and through online ordering programs. Prepare the orders for shipment 4. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and shipping area 5. Maintain inventory via regular physical inventories and prompting orders based on Kanban system 6. Deliver or pick-up product via the company vehicles including vans and straight trucks 7. Understand applicable work documents including Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete all necessary forms and records. 8. Follow instructions, and carry out directives from the supervisor(s) Education and/or Experience: 1. High school diploma, or equivalent, required 2. Proficient computer skills Language skills: 1. Ability to speak/understand English 2. Ability to read work instructions written in English Reasoning Ability: 1. Ability to read, understand, and analyze written or spoken information 2. Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations 3. Understand the basic steps in problem solving Physical Requirements / Demands: 1. Ability to drive large company vehicles including vans and straight trucks 2. Ability to operate a forklift 3. Ability to work at a fast, steady pace. 4. Ability to lift up to 40lbs on regular basis and 60lbs on occasion Other Qualifications: 1. Must have a current and valid driver’s license with good driving record 2. Ability to work off hours/nights and weekends when necessary 3. Must respect and work well with other team members 4. Good customer service skills 5. Understand and comply with customer / supplier requirements while at their facilities for deliveries / pick-up / stocking 6. Good communication and organizational skills 7. Follow all company rules and safety policies 8. Arrive to work on time and maintain consistent attendance 9. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player 10. Act as a mentor to new/prospective team members 11. Reliable transportation to work
