Looking for an EXPERIENCED apartment carpet cleaner/repair tech! Be part of the cutting edge! TOP WAGES for the right person - and people stay with us, because we are good to them. :) Must have decent driving abstract (copy will need to be provided and confirmed through our company's insurer to be certain you can be insured to work) with no DUI history. Please have a clean criminal history and high energy, POSITIVE attitude. Importantly, we are drug free and you need to be, as well. This position is FULL TIME. We offer paid vacations and paid sick leave - and lots of bonusing opportunities. All of our techs made over $50K last year! We have flexible scheduling but there are times where we need you to be available, most primarily in the summer and fall months. We have immediate job opportunities - our company is growing every year - and we are BUSY! Experience in this field is imperative. We will provide training, so together with your experience and quick learning - you will be on your own in a van! Starting wage is DOE but know we pay top dollar and have the work. Our ideal candidate: - Lives within Snohomish County - sometimes we need you to get here quickly - Has a clean driving record - Clean cut - Punctual and responsible - Physically fit (bending and lifting ~ 50lbs is a routine part of this job) - Able to speak, understand and communicate in English - Customer service and detail oriented - always giving your best efforts - DRUG FREE from illegal drugs We do cleaning for residential homeowners, property management companies, restaurants and commercial properties.
