Build Housing for Laundry and Dryer Unit

I am looking to put a washer/dryer in the backyard of my property and would like to build a simple housing structure to protect it from the elements. Dimensions should be approximately 8'H x 6'W x 4' L. Need to create platform so washer/dryer is level and off the sand and need to create 2.5 walls and roof to protect washer/dryer.
