Handyman wanted for jobs in Citrus Heights

Hi I own single family properties in Citrus Heights. From time to time, I need someone to help with different jobs. I want to find someone that lives in or close to Citrus Heights, that has experience, is reasonable with costs, etc. I need help with leaking windows and a fence that is down at this point. If you can help please provide the following 1) Where do you live? 2) What is your experience including years doing this kind of work? 3) jobs that you can do and jobs that you do not do- - be as specific as possible For example I can do the following- Roofing, Plumbing, Sheetrock, Dry Rot, Tile, Electrical, Siding, Fencing I do not do the following - floors - carpet, tile, linoleum 4) Be able to provide 3 references - people you have done work for within the last 6 months 5) What do you charge hourly? 6 ) Anything else that you would help me consider you I am looking for someone that are good with details and can answer all of these questions.
