Real Estate Investor in search of acceptable candidate to fill a 1099 contractor position as a Carpenter/Handyman. Must be a hard worker and able to work independently. MUST have reliable transportation (preferably a truck) and have your own tools. Must be able to work 8 hrs per day. Candidate must have Experience in the following areas: Demo Framing Light Electrical Plumbing Cabinet modification & installation Siding repairs Door removal, repair & install Window repair Drywall install & finishing Painting Interior doors & trim molding installation Flooring Misc etc. Have enough work for several weeks to months of regular work with rentals & flips. $80 day to start during evaluation period. If you're productive, reliable and you demonstrate your experience thru successful completion of tasks assigned pay may be increased to $100/day. If interested Please email or Text.
