Immediate opening for a part-time or full time Handyman with a very fast-growing Handyman company based in the Denver metro Area. $20-30/hr based on experience (Bonus Opportunities Available) Looking for someone who likes working with their hands and seeing the results of their labor. A Jack of all trades. No need to chase down businesses or leads, we do that for you. Just show up on time, be a good person, do good work, complete the job in a timely manner, and on to the next one! Seeking a professional, personable, reliable, trustworthy, clean, multi-skilled Handyman with attention to detail and customer service. Must have experience and broad knowledge of interior and exterior home improvement projects with own tools and transportation. Some on-sight training available. TRADE SKILLS NEEDED (but not limited to): -tiling/flooring -drywall -hanging doors -carpentry -windows/doors -minimal landscaping -painting -basic electrical/plumbing -fencing/decking -picture and tv hanging -furniture building -able to lift 50lbs -& more! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to): -complete scheduled projects in timely manner -document work performed daily & taking before and after photos of project -procure materials/tools for projects with company credit card -submit company work receipts -working independently to effectively and safely complete projects -provide thorough communication with clients and co-workers throughout projects -balance multiple projects simultaneously -maintain a high level of safety throughout projects -leave project areas clean after completion -may be asked assist/train new employees on-site -maintain proper company dress code/uniform PERSONAL SKILLS NEEDED: -exceptional customer service -excellent communication skills via phone, text, email, face-to-face -very friendly -good attitude -self-starter and self-motivated -willingness to work on a variety of projects at a variety of locations -physically capable of performing manual labor -mentally prepared to think outside the box and find solutions to problems -project management -attention to detail -extremely organized -capable of scheduling -flexibility ADDITIONAL: -has reliable vehicle to move materials/tools to and from job sites -required tools for majority of jobs -cell phone capable of sending/receiving picture messages, accessing the internet without WiFi, text messaging, calls/voicemail, and maps/GPS, and email COVID-19 requirements: must be willing to wear masks when meeting with, working around/near clients or in their homes.
