Hello and thanks for reading. We are ISO of a Golden Retriever or Golden Doodle to add to our family. Open to puppy, young or adult dogs. Please read entire description before contacting. We have 3 young children, so the #1 most important characteristic is the dog MUST be gentle and good with young kids. We have owned Goldens and Danes in the past, so our kids are well versed in big dogs, but we don't want to have to worry about food aggression or fearful pups. We currently do not have any other animals in the house, but we do have a lot of socialization with other neighbor dogs when kids are together, so would need a dog who is good with other dogs and at dog parks. Please, no mixes. We want to provide a home to a dog who needs to be rehomed, but due to our children being so young we must know exactly what the breed will bring into our home, and we know from experience that Goldens and Goldendoodles fit that mold. Please don't send any "for sale" pups at $1000+. We could find those through breeders, but wanted to try here first. We live in Westminster, CO and are willing to travel up to 2 hours or meet halfway. We would want to do an in person meet and greet first. Thank you!
